Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into your desired pizza shape
Brush one side of the dough with olive oil and place it oil-side down on the grill grates
Grill the dough for 2-3 minutes until it starts to puff up and has grill marks on the bottom
Brush the top side with olive oil while grilling
Carefully flip the dough over using tongs or a spatula
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the grilled side of the dough
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, black olives, and mushrooms
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if desired
Close the grill lid and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly
Remove the pizza from the grill, let it cool for a minute, then slice and serve hot
