These Grilled Pork Burgers are a tasty and easy-to-make alternative to traditional beef burgers. The ground pork is mixed with flavorful ingredients and grilled to perfection, resulting in juicy and savory burgers that your whole family will love.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grease the grates with cooking spray or oil

Place the pork patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have grill marks

During the last minute of cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until lightly browned

Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a pork patty, tomato slices, pickles, and condiments like ketchup and mustard

Top with the other half of the bun, and serve your delicious grilled pork burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Sea salt flakes for topping

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Whisk the olive oil and sugar together in a bowl until they are well mixed

Mix the eggs and vanilla extract into the bowl with a whisk until its smooth and creamy

Add the flour and cocoa powder, and then sift in the 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

Dont mix any further than that

The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in

Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the baking sheet that has been prepared

You can use a cookie scoop or a spoon

With the back of a spoon, gently press down on each ball of cookie dough

Then, add a pinch of sea salt flakes to the top of each cookie

After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middle is still a little soft

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way

The cookies are ready to be eaten once they are completely cool
