Ingredients:
- 12 large marshmallows
- 12 teddy bear-shaped chocolate molds
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 12 lollipop sticks
- Assorted sprinkles, edible glitter, and candy decorations
Instructions:
Insert a lollipop stick into each marshmallow, pushing it about halfway through
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth
Carefully fill each teddy bear mold with the melted milk chocolate, making sure the chocolate covers the bottom and sides of the mold evenly
Place a marshmallow on top of the melted chocolate in each mold, pressing it down slightly to secure it in place
Spoon more melted chocolate over the marshmallows to completely cover them and fill the mold
Tap the mold gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles
Place the molds in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate has set
Once set, gently remove the chocolate teddy bears from the molds and place them on a parchment paper-lined tray
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth
Using a toothpick or a small brush, decorate the teddy bears with the melted white chocolate to create faces, eyes, noses, and mouths
While the white chocolate is still wet, decorate the bears with assorted sprinkles, edible glitter, and candy decorations to your liking
Allow the white chocolate decorations to set before serving
