Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower head, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup paleo-friendly tomato sauce
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup dairy-free shredded cheese optional
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Set the oven temperature to 450F 230C
After grating the cauliflower, put it in a bowl that is safe to microwave for five minutes
After letting it cool, use a fresh kitchen towel to squeeze out any remaining moisture
The cauliflower, eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, oregano, garlic powder, and sea salt should all be combined in a sizable mixing bowl
Mix until the mixture resembles dough
Press the cauliflower dough into a round pizza crust shape that is about 1/4 inch thick by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Bake the crust for 20 minutes, or until it is firm and golden brown
After taking the crust out of the oven, evenly cover it with the paleo-friendly tomato sauce
Add cooked ground beef or turkey, sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and black olives to the pizzas top
Add some dairy-free shredded cheese on top of the toppings if youd like
Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for a further ten to fifteen minutes, or until the cheese, if using, is melted and bubbling and the toppings are cooked
Before slicing and serving, take the paleo pizza out of the oven, top with fresh basil leaves, and allow it to cool for a few minutes
