Ingredients:
- 1 cup nut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup chocolate chunks
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
In a bowl, mix nut butter, maple syrup, egg, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda until well combined
Fold in chocolate chunks
Spread mixture evenly into a greased baking pan
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
