A tasty quiche with bacon bits and melty Swiss cheese thats great for brunch or a full meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C
Put the ready-made pie crust in a pie dish and set it aside
Bring the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and paprika together in a bowl and mix them with a whisk
Spread the bacon bits and Swiss cheese shreds out evenly on the pie crusts bottom
The egg mix should be poured over the bacon and cheese in the pie crust
Set the oven to 350F and bake the quiche for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes
Then cut it into pieces and serve
