Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 12 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
Instructions:
Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C
Salt, pepper, and minced garlic should be used to season the pork tenderloins
To make a glaze, mix Dijon mustard and maple syrup in a small bowl
Use a brush to cover the pork tenderloins that have been seasoned
Make sure that the bacon slices on each tenderloin overlap a little
Use toothpicks to hold the bacon in place
Put chopped rosemary on top of the tenderloins that have been wrapped in bacon
Wrap the tenderloins in foil and put them on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Put the dish in an oven that has already been heated for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before cutting it
You can serve the Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin slices with any sides you like
