Ingredients:
- 4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed and dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: dairy-free butter, chopped chives, dairy-free sour cream
Instructions:
For 5 minutes, heat the air fryer up to 400F 200C
Use a fork or knife to make several holes in each potato
Spread olive oil on each potato and season with a lot of salt and black pepper
Make sure the potatoes are not touching each other when you put them in the air fryer basket
Flip the potatoes over halfway through cooking and cook them in the air fryer for 35 to 40 minutes, or until they are soft and the skin is crispy
Take the potatoes out of the air fryer when theyre done cooking and let them cool down a bit before serving
You can top the hot baked potatoes with your favorite things, like dairy-free butter, chopped chives, or dairy-free sour cream
