Ingredients:
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 2 cups of mini marshmallows
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
Instructions:
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius
Mix the eggs, water, vegetable oil, and chocolate cake mix in a mixing bowl
Once smooth, pour the batter into the baking pan that has been prepared
Combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs in a different bowl, mixing them thoroughly
Evenly distribute this mixture over the cake batter
A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean after baking for approximately 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven
After taking the cake out of the oven, evenly distribute the mini marshmallows on top
Put it back in the oven for two to three more minutes, or until the marshmallows are beginning to toast a little
The heavy cream should be heated in a small saucepan until it starts to simmer
Take it off the heat and blend in the chocolate chips to make a chocolate ganache
Evenly cover the marshmallow-topped cake with the chocolate ganache
Let the cake cool for approximately half an hour before slicing and serving
